If the assessment indicates another provider can solve the client's problem better, we recommend that provider. We have applied this criterion five times in three years of operation.
KPIs defined before work begins.
Every project defines measurable KPIs before it starts. We only undertake work whose results can be measured to verify the value delivered.
The client owns the system.
All code, models, and documentation remain in the client's infrastructure, with the information needed to operate the system independently when the project ends. Ongoing support is the client's choice.
